| Returns
If you are dissatisfied with an item, you can return it for a full
refund, less a 20% shipping, handling and restocking charge. The item
must be returned to us, at your expense, within five days of receipt
and in excellent resale condition. If the item is damaged because
of poor packing we reserve the right to refund a reasonable amount
at our discretion.
Cancellations
You have the right to cancel an order at anytime before shipment.
Any such cancellations need to be received by us via email, from which
we will immediately refund you, minus a 3% surchage on the credit
transaction.
Damages
If your goods have been delivered and are defective or damaged, we
ask you to provide written notice of the defect or damage within five
days of receiving the goods. The written notice must be in the form
of an e-mail and sent to thedoonacoverlady@optusnet.com.au In the
email, include the following details;
Order identification number
Name
Address
Goods ordered
Problem(s) with goods
Proposed solution (i.e) Replacement
Damaged items will then need to be returned to us.
Once received, we will then credit your return delivery cost and make
every effort to replace the damaged goods. In the unlikely event that
we can not replace the goods we will offer a full refund or store
credit.
Delivery
We here at thedoonacoverlady.com.au are proud to offer AU$15.00 flat
rate registered ground delivery to anywhere in Australia, on any size
orders! We send all orders via registered Australia Post with full
parcel tracking. In case of delays out of our control, we ask that
you please allow up to 21 business days for delivery, though most
orders are generally received within 7 working days. All international
deliveries are treated in the same manner, for delivery of up to 21
business days, however, international freight charges do apply. It
may also take up to 5 days for your parcel to be scanned by AusPost,
where your tracking number will then be activated.
Out Of Stock Items
Whilst we make every effort to carry ample stock of all products at
all times, it is sometimes impossible to predict demand which can
at times lead to items being out of stock for a short period of time.
Most items are usually on order from the distributor and stocks are
generally replenished weekly. So in these rare circumstances we will
endeavor to dispatch your order in under 21 days from the date of
purchase. If this is the case, you will be notified by us immediately
and asked whether you would still care to proceed with your order
or want a full refund.
